Before you sign up, please note that we can only support older neighbours who:

• Are aged 65 and over;
• Live in city of Manchester;
• Do not have a diagnosis of dementia;
• Do not have severe unmanaged mental health conditions.

If you would like support, but do not meet one or more of the criteria above, we might still be able to help. Please give us a call on 0161 207 0800 and we can put you in touch with fantastic community partners who are better placed to support you.
